Securities
CBS maintains a securities account that makes it easier for you to transfer stock or other securities as a gift to the College. Please contact the Advancement Office for wire transfer instructions.

Real Estate
An appreciated gift of property results in the benefits of an income tax charitable deduction as well as other economic advantages for the donor. Because of the unique nature of this type of gift, CBS thoroughly reviews all real estate gifts before accepting them.

Matching Gifts
Through corporate matching, charitable contributions can be doubled or even tripled. The process is as simple as completing a standard matching gift form from your employer and mailing it with a gift to CBS.

Planned Giving
If you are interested in supporting CBS through a planned gift such as a bequest, a charitable gift annuity, charitable trust, life insurance, or retirement plan assets, please call the Advancement Office at 832.252.0759.
