We are honored to welcome Dr. Carlton “CF” Hazlewood as our keynote speaker. A graduate of CBS’s second class in 1998, Dr. Hazlewood’s educational journey has also taken him through Dallas Theological Seminary and Texas A&M.
Dr. Hazlewood has served as the Senior Pastor at the Fellowship of Huntsville Church for 28 years. In addition, he began a career with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 1983 as a Correctional Officer at the Eastham Unit. Today, he serves as the Deputy Director of Religious Services in the Rehabilitation Programs Division. He has seen many lives changed from within the prison system. You will be encouraged as you hear how the Lord is working through Dr. Hazlewood in his daily life at TDCJ.
Dr. Hazlewood’s message will inspire renewed commitment to the CBS mission: to glorify God by educating and equipping multi-ethnic Christian leaders to impact the world for Christ.
We invite you to be part of this meaningful evening in any of the following ways:
- Attend and reconnect with fellow alumni, students, and friends of CBS
- Pray for the event and its impact
- Promote the event within your church or community
- Give a financial gift to support the Alumni Speakers Series. Sponsorships are available here.
- Invite others in your network to join the celebration
Let’s come together to honor the legacy of CBS and look ahead to the future God is shaping through its leaders.
