What is the pass/fail grading option, and what do I do if I want to take this option?
As of April 2, 2020, students may choose a “pass” or “fail” grading structure or continue with a letter grade with grade points that correlate with the grade.
Pass/fail can be applied to one class, or as many as you would like.
You do not have to apply it to all your classes.
You must notify your professor before the last date of the class on the syllabus.
To earn a grade of “Pass,” you must do enough work possible to earn at least a 60 in a face-to-face class or a 600 in an online class.
This pass/fail option only applies to the Spring 2020 classes that end after April 2, 2020, and Summer 2020, Fall 2020, and Spring 2021 semester classes.
