Marcus Schrader serves as the Dean of the College of Biblical Studies in Indianapolis, Indianapolis. 

Prior to coming to CBS, Rev. Schrader served for 12 years as the Vice President of Administration and Academics at Crossroads Bible College in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Marcus Schrader has been with CBS from the start of the CBS/CBC merger and has been involved in local church ministries for the past 24 years.

Rev. Schrader earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Pastoral Studies from Baptist Bible College (1999) and a Masters in Biblical Studies (2002) and a Master of Divinity from Baptist Bible Graduate School of Theology in May 2004.  He also became a certified corporate Chaplain in 2015 with Marketplace Chaplains and provides chaplains services to organizations in the Indianapolis area.

Marcus Schrader and his wife Jennifer reside in New Palestine, Indiana and have 5 daughters, Jenna, Lily, Emma, Bethany and Isabelle and 2 sons, Andrew and Noah. They are members of New Palestine Bible Church where he serves as an Elder.  Marcus also does pulpit supply and helps churches in times of transitions.

Marcus serves on different mission, chaplain and ministry boards and loves to enjoy life in a way that honors the Lord, His word and His ways.
