Dr. A. Charles Ware serves as executive director of Grace Relations and special assistant to the president. He is founder of Grace Relations Network, an international speaker, and serves as a consultant on racial reconciliation and leadership. His ministry is well received by audiences of all ethnic groups.

Prior to coming to CBS, Dr. Ware served as president and president emeritus of Crossroads Bible College, a biblically conservative evangelical institution dedicated to training Christian leaders to a reach multiethnic urban world for Christ. Dr. Ware also served as founder and senior pastor of Crossroads Bible Church in Indianapolis, IN from 2001-2006; founder and pastor of Bethel Bible Church in Camp Spring, MD from 1978-1991; and founder and senior pastor of Scranton Revival Baptist Church in Scranton, PA from 1971-1978.

Dr. Ware and his wife Sharon reside in Indianapolis and have six children, four daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, and four grandchildren.
