Our mission is to maintain the integrity of the academic record data and provide quality service in the areas of academic records, student status, registration, enrollment, and course information. We maintain the values of higher education while supporting students in achieving their academic goals.
We are here to assist students with the many processes associated with being a student at CBS. These include, but are not limited to:
Faculty and staff rely on our office for coordination of course offerings, grade submission, and assistance with registration process. Our goal is to provide timely and secure student record information; therefore, photo identification is required for release of any student information. Please feel free to contact our office with any questions you may have concerning the Office of the Registrar.

SonisWeb : Get to know our Student Information System.
Sonisweb is the CBS online Student Information System. From this system students have access to valuable services. Students can update bio, see balance and make payments/payment plans, see schedule and download their syllabus, register for classes, checking grades and much more. In order to use Sonisweb, you must have a valid Student ID and PIN. If you do not have your ID and/or PIN number, contact the Office of the Registrar.
Forms
Need a form from the Office of the Registrar? You may find it here! These forms are available in PDF (Portable Document Format) files. You can view and print these documents with Adobe's Acrobat Reader then turn them in at the Office of the Registrar.
Transcripts
CBS maintains an academic record for all students reflecting all courses taken at CBS. The office of the Registrar provides official academic transcripts. To order a transcript you will need to mail, fax or submit in person a request for transcript to the Office of the Registrar of College of Biblical Studies.
