The College of Biblical Studies of Houston, Texas is the largest nationally accredited, multi-ethnic Bible College in North America. Since 1979, CBS has been developing Christian leaders to serve our multi-ethnic community. Students commute to our nonresidential campus from across the Houston area and beyond to develop their leadership and ministry capabilities, to study God’s Word and transform their life and relationship with God. CBS strives to provide biblical based instruction through certificate, associate and bachelor degrees and personal enrichment opportunities, in a cost effective manner, to meet the needs of our student body. CBS offers morning, afternoon, evening and Saturday classes so that students can fit education into their life schedule.

God has provided CBS the blessing of ministering to over 20,000 students throughout its existence and today, over 500 students per semester enthusiastically enroll at the College of Biblical Studies, and more than a thousand CBS alumni and thousands of our former students are ministering the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ in their communities, churches and workplaces in the Houston area, in Texas and beyond.
