Welcome!

We are committed to keeping in touch so we may be encouraged by one another as we view God’s working through each

life to bring Him glory.  To this end, it is our desire to provide a mutually beneficial Alumni Association where we can make connections.

Purpose of the Alumni Association
The purpose of the Alumni Association is to give CBS alumni the opportunity to participate in the development, effectiveness, and support of the college.

Support Your Alma Mater

Please review the following areas of support and consider how you might extend our endearing relationship.

Recruitment: Keep talking about the Lord Jesus Christ — and His impact on your life and the lives of others through your relationships and training here at CBS.  Bring your Christian friends and associates for a campus tour, or call and tell us who’s coming and we’ll take it from there.  Hold a “CBS Day” at your church and include us in your church annual missions planning.  If you call us, we will come!

Scholarship distribution: E-mail alumni@cbshouston.edu for a schedule of scholarship distribution dates along with your request for up to five scholarships to distribute with you named as the Sponsor.  Be sure we have your current mailing address to send them to you.

Return to the classroom: Just because you’ve finished your degree and are out there spreading the Word doesn’t mean you can’t continue studying the Word!  Check our semester schedule of classes for courses of interest for credit or (still worn-out from homework?) audit.

Volunteer: Usher at Commencement or give your testimony at a banquet – there are many ways in which alumni can participate – plus we get to see each other again!  Let us know what area of the CBS ministry you are interested in serving and we’ll try to make a connection.

Contribution: We are grateful for and dependent on your financial contributions.  Send a gift now and remember the College in your will for the hereafter!  Contact our Development department for the many ways you can financially support the College.
