Student Ministries Word of the Week 6.16.11

Jun 16, 2011 ~ Leave a Comment ~ Written by Admin

When you turn on the news, the first thing you hear is usually bad. Bad news seems to loom everywhere: bad weather, a forest fire, war and starvation in other countries, shootings and theft in our own neighborhoods. It’s nice, however, to hear good news in the midst of all the bad news. Take some time out today and share with someone, perhaps a stranger, some good news. What better news to share than that of the Gospel- the Good News that God has provided a way for anyone who believes on His son to be saved. That’s good news; I’m feeling better already! How about you? :)

Regards,
